DIY Wooden, X-shaped magazine holder

DIY Wooden Magazine Holder 1 (1 of 1) I will start right off by saying I’m not a big fan of magazines lying around the house regardless how pretty their covers are. BUT at the same time I’m the worst with keeping them in order, so if you enter my house you will spot one in the hallway, a pile in a living room – right next to the sofa and under the coffee table, a few on a nightstand, in the kitchen and so on, I guess you got the point already. This magazine disorganization also leads to frequent drama at home, because occasionally somebody flips over them (ooops!).

As you can tell, an immediate solution, would be highly appreciated here. Do you have this kind of ‘problems’ at home as well? If yes then you might find this DIY very useful.

DIY Wooden Magazine Holder 2 (1 of 1) There are many magazines holders and racks available out there but I was in a mood to create something a little bit different. The great thing about it is that if you don’t need it for a while, you can quickly disassemble it and store it in a cupboard or under the sofa. I guess we won’t be doing it anytime soon, but it’s always good to have this option, right?

All of a sudden, I feel like I have a ridiculous amount of magazines lying around. Mostly food mags for monthly inspiration – but still, they’re everywhere! This magazine holder is exactly what I needed. And a DIY at that!

I know the feeling very well Gabriella! I never notice them either… until somebody trips over them (oops! :D) This holder is helping a bit, at least some of the mags got their place ;) Happy you like it! Hugs
